A Bundt cake is a dessert like something you’ve never seen before, created to make every other cake pan feel a little plain and jealous. It’s a cake with a hole in the middle and made with a beautiful designed pattern on each tin – which means each cake is absolutely unique!
Angie Schlegel is a mum of two young children and a self-taught baker. Starting out baking just for family & friends over the years, she has taken her passion further by specialising in everything Bundt cakes, now running a successful small cake business @GetBundt on the north-side of Brisbane.
Her passion for full flavour and delicious cakes is a priority, as well as exposing the humble bundt cake to as many people as possible to fall in love with simple and happy baking.

Frequently asked questions
It is a cake baked in a pan with a hole in the centre. They come in a large range of designs and patterns which when baked, give the cake a beautiful appearance when turned out. Traditionally served with a dusting of icing sugar, you will find my cake decorating to be a little more fancy!
Bundt cakes are designed to be shared with family and friends. They serve 16 generously portioned slices per cake and can easily be stretched further for smaller hands. The unique design of a bundt cake at your special occasion will surely be the centrepiece of any party.
